Punishment of the crime
1. (2) On December 28, 2012, at around 02:18, the Defendants came to fall under G in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, and Defendant B, following Defendant A, and Defendant A, in the cash payment season, in which the victim’s name was in a management account, entered the secret number identified as above that the stolen C’s corporate bank cash card should be collected and paid in advance, and withdrawn KRW 1.50,000 in cash in the same manner on the same day.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
(3) On December 28, 2012, around 05:37, 2012, the thief Defendants pretended to be the “I” drinking house located in H in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and let female employees withdraw money by informing a flusium and password of the thief’s cash card and allowing them to withdraw money, and do not know that the thief’s cash card was a stolen cash card.
