Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On August 13, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment and one year of imprisonment at the Jeonju District Court on the violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on May 3, 202.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On May 31, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 03:19 on May 31, 2020, the Defendant: (b) opened a middle-purpose restaurant operated by the victim C in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu; (c) intruded into the restaurant by opening a window not corrected in the said restaurant; and (d) cut off with one small-sized steel safe at the market price owned by the victim, and one cash of KRW 400,00, agricultural passbook, and one card.
2. At night, on July 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed theft at night, on the part of the Defendant: (b) on July 17, 2020, using a gas pipeline on the part of the victim E residing in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu; (c) opened the above window to intrude into the house; and (d) cut off the house with property equivalent to KRW 1,470,000 in total amount of KRW 1,470,000 in the market price of the victim’s ownership, which is the victim’s ownership, at night; (b) one external lived in an amount equivalent to KRW 70,000 in the market price; and (c) one sampling in an amount of KRW 300,00 in the market price.
3. On July 31, 2020, at around 06:44, the Defendant: (a) went into a restaurant by opening a window that was not corrected in the said restaurant and intruded into the restaurant; and (b) was stolen with cash 110,000 won (5,00 won 10, 500 won ; 50, 500 won ; 20 won f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f., which is owned by the victim within the c. c., the Defendant committed the theft.
4. Intrusion upon residence and theft;
A. On August 4, 2020, the Defendant, at around 11:37, 2020, intruded into the house by opening a window with the victim J who is located in So-jin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the victim J. K, where the victim J., who is located in So-gu Special Metropolitan City, and was living in the house, and did not take corrective steps, and then, at the market price of the amount equivalent to KRW 1,80,000, the victim’s market price in the above house.
