A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from March 2013, was a person who had been working in C University Music College D and was the victim E, F, G, and H were students belonging to the music university of the said university.

1. Crimes against victims E;

A. At around 21:00 on September 24, 2013, the Defendant asked the victim E (Inn, 18 years old) who was suffering from the Defendant’s 502 room of the Music College of C University, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-si, to “the drinking is to drink”, and the Defendant sees left hand into the victim’s clothes and talks with the victim’s clothes, and sees that “the victim’s breast is to drink.” In short, the Defendant saw the victim’s breast as his hand, “the victim’s son is to take mil.”

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under the supervision of the defendant due to the private relation.

B. On October 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 16:30 on October 8, 2013, when she sawd from the victim’s leson at the same place as the former paragraph; (b) she brought the victim’s leths into the part; and (c) she, “I am informed of the victim’s lethy” and “I am informed of the victim’s lethy; and (d) took one hand the victim’s lethy with the victim’s panty; and (d) put the part

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under the supervision of the defendant due to the private relation.

C. On November 5, 2013, the Defendant, on the ground that there was no room for indoor musical liquor in the same place as the preceding paragraph at around 13:00 on November 5, 2013, the Defendant married the victim, putting the victim into the clothes of the victim, talked with the hand, and broding the chest above the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under the supervision of the defendant due to the private relation.

The Defendant, at around 17:00 on December 5, 2013, talked with the victim who completed the practical examination at the same place as the preceding paragraph, and met with the victim by putting his hand into the clothes of the victim, talking with the victim, leaving the victim who intends to complete an interview with the victim, and read the victim as the victim “at least once”.
