Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative director and the joint representative of the State Ha (State) H, and J is the person operating a consulting company (State) from K to K to (State) from 2002 with (L) L.

8. 5. 계약이 체결되자, 2010. 11. 25. 13:00경 서울 중구 V빌딩 지하에 있는 퓨전일식집 ‘W’에서 U에게 ‘(주)O이 N 클럽하우스 건축공사를 할 수 있도록 해 주어 고맙다’는 인사와 함께 시가 100만 원 상당의 X 여사(Y의 손자인 Z의 妃)의 ‘AA’ 그림 1점을 교부하였다.
