A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 15, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at the roadside near the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B market, assaulted the victim C (the age of 62) with dangerous things, such as dumping the victim’s breath by dumping the balle, blaping the victim’s balp, and flaping the victim’s balp, and flaping the victim’s balp, which is a dangerous thing located far away from the balp, flaping the victim’s finger.
