A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 20, 2019, at around 14:15, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s loss with one kitchen knife amounting to 4,500 won in the market price managed by the victim who is placed in the display stand.

2. On May 20, 2019, the Defendant, at around 14:20 on May 20, 2019, sent a kitchen knife (33cm in total length, 21cm in blade) that was stolen by the Defendant, as described in Paragraph 1, on the ground that from “G” pharmacies operated by F (45 years of age) of the Victim F (F) in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, the Defendant was able to take a large sound from the front side of the above pharmacy.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
