1. The Defendants are each indicated in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 1 among the land size of 1369.2 square meters in Seo-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon, Daejeon.
Reasons
1. Presumed facts
A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the share of 7862/13692/13692, among the Daejeon Tae-gu Daejeon-gu G 1369.2m2m2 (hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendants are the owners of share of each Defendant, such as the share of co-ownership by each Defendant.
B. The Plaintiff and the Defendants separate ownership of the instant land by specifying their respective locations and areas. Of the instant land, the part on the ship (iv) part (ii) and 447.8 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “II”) with the indication of the drawings, such as 2, 6, 7, 8, 3, 37 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “iv) connected each point of the said land in sequence with each point of 2, 6, 7, 8, 3, and 2, are divided by specifying the location and area of the Plaintiff.

2. According to the facts of the determination as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff and the Defendants were in a mutual title trust relationship with respect to the instant land. Since it is apparent in the record that the instant complaint, on January 13, 2016, stating the Plaintiff’s declaration of intent to terminate the title trust with respect to the Defendants, reached the final return to the Defendants on January 13, 2016, the said mutual title trust relationship as to (b) and (d) of the instant land was lawfully terminated by the Plaintiff
Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on January 13, 2016 with respect to shares, such as shares entered in the separate sheet for each Defendant, among (b) and (d) parts.
3. Conclusion, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is accepted on the grounds that all the claims are reasonable.
