A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 28, 2016, the Defendant discovered that the victim D’s J taxi was not corrected at the parking lot “Sacheon-gu IBD” located at the same time, opened a door to the driver’s seat of the said taxi, and cut off the cash of KRW 15,000 (50 Won Won Won 30) owned by the victim in the same tradition between the driver’s seat and the chief lighting.

3. On June 28, 2016, the Defendant found that there was no correction of the victim E’s Lystren-to-land text of the car parked at the off-to-face K parking lot in Bupyeong-si, Sincheon-si, 2016, and opened a door of the driver’s seat of the said car and cut off the cash amount of KRW 20,000 (50 Won Won 40) owned by the victim from the instant World Cuper between the driver’s seat and the chief lighting.

4.
