Punishment of the crime
On November 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended sentence for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court. On March 15, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Gwangju District Court’s Netcheon Branch on March 15, 2017, and was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Gwangju District Court on June 21, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gwangju Prison on December 31, 201

1. On March 5, 2020, at around 03:05, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in C16 parking partitions at the 2nd floor parking lot of Pyeongtaek-si apartment B apartment, and opened the contact with the victim C, which was not corrected, but did not lead to an attempted crime because there was no stolen object.
2. On April 29, 2020, at around 00:54, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in the parking lot of Pyeongtaek-si E-building, and removed a door that did not correct the victim F-owned G car, and cut down cash of KRW 220,000,000 in cash within the wall that was located in the storage space between the driver’s seat and the assistant’s seat, and stolen it with KRW 225,00,000 in cash that was kept in the storage space.

On April 29, 2020, at around 02:40, the Defendant: (a) opened a car door and opened a cash for a vehicle that was parked in the underground parking lot of Pyeongtaek-si H apartment site; (b) discovered the victim I-owned J car and opened the door without any contact with the latter; (c) did not bring the victim into an attempt, but did not bring the victim’s door and set up the door.
4. At around 02:00 to 03:00 on May 2, 2020, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in the near “L-cafeteria” parking lot located in Pyeongtaek-siK, without correcting the victim’s N-A-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P
5. The Defendant: (a) around 00:30 on May 16, 2020, the Victim P who was parked there on the front of the Pyeongtaek-si building.
