A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 02:07 on June 14, 2019, the Defendant: (b) discovered a DNA SM6 vehicle in the market price owned by the injured party C, which was parked at the same place while displaying a car driven by a stief because the door was not set off; (c) opened a door of the said vehicle; (d) brought about a smart key in front of the instant passenger seat and the front line with the driver’s seat; and (d) displayed a car in the said apartment parking lot, etc. to steal the money and valuables on the said apartment parking lot.

Around 06:26 on the same day, the car was operated by using the above smart key, thereby cutting down the car above and the cash 1.4 million won.

2. Attempted larceny;

A. At around 02:14 on the same day as the above Paragraph 1 above, the Defendant discovered a Frocketing car owned by the victim E, which was parked at the same place while displaying a car with a stringr due to the lack of a door, and attempted to steal money and valuables within the vehicle, but did not receive money and valuables.

B. The Defendant above A.

At around 04:58 on the same day, at the G apartment parking lot of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the victim H, who was parked in a car with a stringr due to the lack of a door, was found to have discovered the stringr car owned by the victim H, and tried to commit a theft of money and valuables by opening the door of the said car, but there was no money and valuables.

3. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) from around 06:26 on June 14, 2019 to around 14:00 on June 15, 201, without a driver’s license, driven the said SM6 vehicle from the place under the foregoing paragraph (1) to the Southern-gu, Michuhol-gu, Michuhol-gu, Bupyeong-gu, and Yeonsu-gu.
