1. Forgery of private documents related to the illegal loan of the former loan, the event of the above investigation document, and the fraud Defendant obtained a loan of the former loan from D with D who requires D as a lessee, and obtained consent from D by means of false means as if the former loan was fully limited to the former loan, and obtained a certificate of his/her seal impression, resident registration, etc. from D, and had D obtained a certificate of his/her resident registration, a copy of resident registration, etc. to obtain a loan of the former loan from the bank. However, even if the Defendant obtained the foregoing non-performing loan under the name of D, he did not think of the loan money as agreed to D, and he thought that the Defendant would have used the entire loan money individually.
A. On December 21, 2015, the Defendant conspiredd with E to collect the source of earned income by employment certificate and income earner (i) the Defendant: “D” in the name column; “D” in the name column; “I” in the resident registration number column; “I” in the position column; “I” in the position column; “I” in the work division column; “Business Division” in the work division column; “In the work division column; “K representative L, business operator registration number M, place of business: Busan Metropolitan City NN and telephone numberO; and “I” in the author column; and “I” in the name of the representative’s name and seal affixed by the above representative column.
2) The Defendant, in collusion with E, received benefits of KRW 12 million from the above K to November 2015 by using a computer without authority for the purpose of exercising the right at the same time and place as in the preceding paragraph, and received pension, health, employment insurance, etc. from the above K to November 2015.
