Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On November 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that did not lock a passenger car owned by the victim C at an apartment apartment parking lot located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and (b) cut off with one Samsung Empt North Korea and one document file in the market price equivalent to KRW 1,200,000,000 for the market price owned by the victim.
B. On November 7, 2016, at around 04:00, the Defendant opened a door that does not lock a body car with the victim’s name in an apartment parking lot located in the Suwon-si Seoul Metropolitan City, Suwon-si, which was owned by the victim’s name and stolen the Defendant with 3 A of tobacco amounting to the total market value of KRW 13,500.

On November 9, 2016, 2016, the Defendant opened a door in the apartment parking lot located in the Y5 car owned by the victim D from the apartment parking lot located in the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and cut off the Defendant with a new card equivalent to 4,000 won and the market price owned by the victim and a previous card.
2. On November 9, 2016, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, paying KRW 10,000 of the fee from the PC room located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si on November 9, 201, set forth in subparagraph 1-C to the victim F who is the above PC room business owner.
As stated in the paragraph, the new card in the name of the stolen D was presented and settled as if it was his own card, and was given property or acquired property benefits by using the above new card at least six times in total as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
