Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. On August 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00 on August 11, 201, the Defendant: (b) opened an unlocked main window and opened a credit cooperative located in the calculation unit on a virtual basis; (c) went back to KRW 35,000 in cash owned by the victim-owned cash.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the property owned by the victim.

2. On August 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:40 on August 11, 2014, at around 14:40, 201, was in front of the H cafeteria operated by the Victim G in Namyang-si, the Defendant opened an unlocked main window and entered the inside, and cut off one 1.5 million won of the market price owned by the victim in his/her possession in his/her fleet, and 1.5 million won of the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen property equivalent to the total market value of 3 million won owned by the victim.

3. 2014. 8. 28.경의 절도 및 건조물침입 범행 피고인은2014. 8. 28. 08:00경 서울 동작구 I에 있는 피해자 J이 운영하는 K식당 앞에 이르러, 문을 흔들어서 잠금장치를 부수고 이를 열고 그 건물 안으로 침입하여 그곳 계산대 서랍에 있던 피해자 소유의 시가 300만 원 상당의 롤렉스 시계 1개, 계산대 위의 불우이웃돕기 성금함에 있던 현금 3만 원, 금고 안에 있던 현금 1만 원 상당을 꺼내어 갔다.

Accordingly, the defendant intruded on a structure, and stolen a total of 3040,000 won owned by the victim.

4. On September 12, 2014, the Defendant was thiefed in front of the Ncafeteria operated by the Victim M in Pyeongtaek-si, around 14:30 on September 12, 2014.
