If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “Del” on the Seoul Jung-gu C and the first floor.

1. A person who engages in custom business in violation of the Regulation of Customs Business Act shall not engage in any act such as arranging sexual traffic at a place where the custom business is carried on, but the defendant arranged sexual traffic at the custom business place operated by the defendant, such as paragraph 1 above.
