Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person who conducts public morals business and persons engaged in public morals business shall engage in acts, such as arranging sexual traffic, at a customs place of business.

The Defendant is a person engaged in a custom business that manages “Curel”, a lodging establishment located in Gu and America, from February 2017.

1. On February 23, 2017, the Defendant provided, around February 23, 2017, the key to the above apartment room to E, who works for “D” on the first floor below the above apartment building, and provided, in advance, a man whose name and name are unknown, with a place where sexual traffic is to be engaged in within the “Cel” guest room.

2. On March 27, 2017, the Defendant provided the key to the above telecom to the above telecom “Curel” in advance, and the said F and G provided the place where the said telecom would engage in sexual traffic within the “Curcom” guest room.
