Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an operator of a lodging facility called D's hotel located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. A. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Intermediating, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (or brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts) shall not arrange commercial sex acts for business purposes.
