A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a mutual infinite game room in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, and D is an employee of the above game room.

1. No person who provides for the use of a game product not classified shall provide the game product for distribution or use which has not been classified by the Game Rating Board, or display or keep it for such purposes;

Nevertheless, from October 25, 2013 to October 15:40 of the same year, the Defendant installed a total of 50 game equipment, including 30 game equipment, “sea-to-sea” game equipment, 10 game equipment, 10 game equipment, and 10 game equipment, which were not classified by the Game Rating Board in the above game site, and had customers play a game.

As a result, the defendant conspired with D to offer game products that did not receive classification to customers for use.

2. No money changers shall conduct business of money changers, arranging money exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

Nevertheless, the Defendant and D provided a game with 10,000 won per 10,000 won per cash against many unspecified customers who found the above game at the above date and at the above place, and exchanged the game by converting the points obtained by the customers into 9,000 won per 10,000 won.

As a result, the defendant conspired with D to exchange results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.
