Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2015, at around 18:40, the Defendant driven a K rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.130% in a section of approximately 150 meters in front of water water supply in 134 m, as set forth in the same time at the Defendant’s house located in the JJ of Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si.
