On April 9, 2015, at around 23:55, the Defendant driven CM7 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.129% at a section of about 400 meters in front of the Sammun-dong located in Sammun-dong, Sammun-dong, Sammun-dong, Kim Jong-dong, the Defendant driven CM7 car in the influence of alcohol content of about 400 meters.
