Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a racing vehicle B.

On November 25, 2013, while under the influence of alcohol at around 21:34, the Defendant driven the above maid vehicle from the mid-term Sized Station street in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the roads in front of 286-13, Jungdong, Jung-gu, Seoul.
