Punishment of the crime

From July 15, 2010 to March 11, 2011, the Defendant operated the web hard site as the representative director of D, a corporation established for the purpose of software online service business, etc.

On July 15, 2010, the Defendant: (a) extracted the unique DNA or sea value of the works posted on the website with the knowledge of the fact that E’s reproduction of “G” video files without the permission of the copyright holder, and compared and analyzed them with the copyrighted works posted on the website; (b) did not properly operate the pening program that can easily delete illegal copyrighted works; and (c) neglected the unlawful copyrighted works, such as drawing up and operating a program that allows many unspecified site users to pay the price (point) so that the said copyrighted works may be easily released at any time by the copyright holder, thereby facilitating the reproduction, public transmission, and distribution of the copyrighted works.

In addition, from that time until March 11, 2011, the Defendant aided and aided a total of 12,871 illegal works posted on the bulletin board of the pertinent website by members of E, such as attached Table 2, etc., by facilitating reproduction, public transmission, and distribution of copyrighted works of copyright holders in the same way for profit-making.
