When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who specializes in illegal copyrighted works on the web live site for profit.

On March 26, 2013, at the Defendant’s office located in Busan District District Office Budio 202, the Defendant accessed “D” and “E” on the C Web Having access to the C Web Having site, and then, the Defendant was paid KRW 1320,00 won by means of posting “HDTV, HDTV, H20p-HE, 720p-HE” on September 13, 2002 and posting the videos without the copyright owner’s permission. From March 26, 2013 to August 8, 2013, the Defendant copied a total of KRW 5,157 video files as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes, and then, around that time, by having the users connected to the above website pay the user fee and having them receive the said video work download.

Accordingly, the defendant has habitually infringed the author's property rights by reproducing, transmitting, distributing and distributing them for profit.
