A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results (referring to game money prescribed by Presidential Decree and things similar thereto prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as points, premiums and virtual currency used in game) obtained through the use of game water.

On December 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased nives from a member’s own game; (b) sold nives to a member’s own name and received 637,000 won from the Defendant’s new bank account under the name of the Defendant; and (c) purchased nives from the Internet F’s game money under the name of “E; and (d) sold nives from the Internet site to November 65, 2015; (b) sold nives to a member under the name of the Defendant; (c) sold nives to a member under the name of the Defendant; (d) sold nives to a member under the name of the Defendant; and (e) transferred nives to a member via a total of 96,600 won to a member of the said game money; and (e) sold nives or re-deposited nives via a total of 90,600 won to a total of nives.
