A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

From May 2015 to June 2016, the Defendant established three computers at the Defendant’s residence in Kimhae-si, and operated the so-called “www.hangme.com” online game site (www) with the trade name “D, and received from the members who want to sell the game money by accessing the said site, and then paid the said purchase price to the members’ account through the Defendant’s National Bank Account (E). After receiving the payment from the members who want to purchase the game money to the said account, the Defendant purchased the said amount of money in total 810,20,000 won through a total amount of 818,000 won, and sold the said money through an intangible money exchange of 160,505,605,600 won.
