A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on February 27, 2017, up to June 26, 2017, exchanged the Internet Csite (D)’s online game money to raise profits, installed a game money transaction by installing 4 computers and two Internet lines at the office located in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu from February 27, 2017 to June 26, 201, and advertised members to purchase and sell the NAN and game chips by linking the NAN to the “F”, and then, the Defendant reported this to “purchase”.

It is to say that 10,000 won in cash was deposited into the Agricultural Cooperative Account under G (H) and 62 trillion won in game money or 140 million won in game chips, and the game money was sold.

The method of remitting KRW 100,000 in cash to the members who have contacted and receiving KRW 70,000 or KRW 120,000 for game money or KRW 120,000 for game chips is to receive a total of KRW 208,914,80 on 711 occasions, such as the “crime List” in the attached Form, and sell the game money equivalent to the above amount, and pay KRW 210,04,640 in total over 728 times, such as the attached list of crimes (payment).
