A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013Kadan642] From October 9, 1992, the Defendant concluded a check contract with the branch of the Bank of Korea and the Defendant under the name of the branch of the Bank, and traded household checks.

On September 31, 2012, the Defendant issued one copy of the check number D, check amount “D,” “5,00,000,000,” and the date of issuance “FE 31, 2012,” in the name of the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house at Seocho-si, 201, 806, the Defendant issued one copy of the bank household check in the name of the Defendant.

On December 14, 2012, the holder of the check presented the payment of the check to the bank above.

However, the defendant did not pay for the shortage of deposit.

The Defendant, including this, did not pay to the holder of the check the sum of 25 million won in the five copies of the above bank checks in the name of the Defendant, as stated in the attached list of crimes.

[2013 Highest 1198] From October 9, 1992, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the former branch of the Bank of Korea and the Defendant, and traded household checks.

1. On October 20, 2012, the Defendant issued one check number “G”, the date of issuance “G”, “5,000,000 won” in the name of the Defendant in the name of (State) F, operated by the Defendant in Scheon-si, the Defendant issued one copy of the check under the name of the Defendant, “5,00,000 won”.

On January 25, 2013, the holder of the check presented the check payment to the bank on January 25, 2013.

However, the Defendant did not receive deposits due to the shortage of deposits.

2. Around November 15, 2012, the Defendant issued a copy of the check in the name of the Defendant, “H”, “5,000,000 won” in the name of the (State) F, operated by the Defendant in Sincheon-si, the Defendant issued one copy of the check in the name of the Defendant, “H”, “date of February 17, 2013”, “5,00,000 won

On February 18, 2013, the holder of the check presented the check payment to the bank on February 18, 2013.

However, the defendant did not pay for the shortage of deposit.
