A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2015, at around 11:00, the Defendant driven a wing-in truck without obtaining a driver's license from the front side of the private school located in Jinyang-gu, Jinyang-si to the front side of the private school located in the Guri-si.
