A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Criminal facts
On May 1, 2014, the defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as "defendants") were sentenced to imprisonment for three years and seven years, including a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor under the age of 13 years) at Seoul High Court. On December 20, 2017, the Incheon District Court was sentenced to imprisonment for ten months on September 4, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant is at all not aware of the victim B (a person, a person, 19 years of age).
At around 19:30 on April 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim’s appearance of drinking the homeless in his name to the subway line C, and attempted to talk with the victim. On the part of the victim, the victim entered the victim’s Kaf, E, 2nd floor, and 2nd floor of the victim’s Kaf, and went into the said Kaf and made a conversation by getting the victim to sit back to the victim; (b) while the victim called “for example, I am. I am to the mother. I am to the mother”, the victim’s buckbuck and am was limited to the victim’s buck.
Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
[Facts as indicated in the judgment below, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor under the age of 13 years), etc. of Sexual Crimes, and committed the instant indecent act by compulsion, which is a sexual crime, within ten years after the completion of the execution thereof, and committed a sexual crime on at least two occasions, and is likely to recommit a sexual crime.
