Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a spouse who has completed a marriage report with D around April 2004. A. The Defendant is a spouse.

On February 14, 2012, around 19:30 on February 14, 2012, the Defendant, parked in a vacant lot near Jinnam-gun E, Jinnam-gun, with B once more sexual intercourses within the F NewFrad passenger car owned by the Defendant.

B. At around 13:00 on March 20, 2012, the Defendant provided sexual intercourse with the above B at the trade name in Yong-Namnam Cancer G and the Ho-dong francelel.

C. At the end of March, 2012, the Defendant sent sexual intercourses with the above B at the same place as described in the foregoing B B. D.

around April 20, 2012, the Defendant sent sexual intercourses with the above B and once at the same place as described in the above B B.

Accordingly, the defendant was sent to the above B more than four times.

2. Defendant B was aware that the above spouse was a spouse, and even at each time and place described in paragraph (1), the Defendant had sexual intercourses with A and four times as above, respectively.
