A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had the mind that C (Death September 1, 2017) and his personal information known through SNS (SNS) were committing larcenys against the drone housing complex.

1. The defendant, together with C, steals the victims' property at least three times, and victims.
