A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

1. On August 22, 2014, at around 08:10 on August 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) put in the Victim E’s house located in Mapo-gu Seoul, 104, 204, 204, 104, 204, 100 won into the margin of the 204 entrance; (b) cancelled the correction device by means of pressing the automatic cancellation hole of the 370,000 won, which was owned by the victim, into the victim’s house; and (c) intruded into the victim’s house; and (d) one half half of the Montreal amounting to KRW 2,000,000,00,000,000, KRW 1,370,000, KRW 1,50,000, KRW 250,000, KRW 1,500,000, KRW 250,000.

2. On August 22, 2014, at around 09:25, the Defendant released the apparatus for rectification of the entrance under the aforesaid 702 in the same manner as before the former paragraph, at the time of the Victim C’s house located in Mapo-gu Seoul, 104 Dong 702, and then intrudes on the Victim’s house, and at the victim’s house, the Defendant sold 12 million won, which was the victim’s owner of the Aircraft, one half of 12 million won, one half of 2 million won, one half of 8 million won, one one of 1,100,000 won, one of 1,50,000 won, one of 1,50,000 won, one of 1,50,000 won, one of 1,500 won, one of 250,000 won, one of 1,550,000 won, one of 250,000 won.

3. On September 15, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant intruded into the victim’s house through the 303 entrance door, which was not corrected at the victim’s house located in 111 Dong 303, 201, and, on September 15, 2014, the Defendant stolen money and valuables equivalent to KRW 17.8 million, which was owned by the victim’s house, with one household room equivalent to KRW 3.3 million, and one household room equivalent to KRW 1.5 million, one household room equivalent to KRW 1.5 million.
