Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2013, at around 00:55, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.114% alcohol concentration at a section of approximately 500 meters in the middle-dong of the same Gu, in front of the liquor house where the trade name in the Man-dong of Busan Metropolitan City is unknown.
