Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:30 on April 27, 2015, the Defendant driven BNS vehicles at approximately KRW 200 meters from the entrance of the same office site to the entry of the same office site at a drinking-house parking lot that does not know the trade name in Busan Metropolitan Government, Busan Metropolitan Government, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.125% of alcohol level.
