The defendant is driving a BM5 vehicle.

At around 22:40 on May 10, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 500 meters in front of the Dobrogate located in the metropolitan mine area, where the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.154%.
