Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 13, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main business by force for about 20 minutes by: (a) preventing customers from entering the restaurant, who had been placed in the restaurant, from entering the restaurant, by drinking at the “D” main points operated by the victim C in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and requesting the victim to be able to walk up and slickly and sleep; and (b) preventing them from entering the restaurant.

2. Definating;

A. On the same day, around 23:15 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) 23:15, the victim F, a slope belonging to the Daegu Central Police Station Edistrict, who was dispatched after receiving a report at the above location, listened to the damage damage against C, the said main owner; and (b) confirmed whether the Defendant was true; (c) the victim f, who was the slope of the Daegu Central Police Station Edistrict, was able to openly insult the victim by openly citing the main owner of the said location, “if she was put in, she shall be put in, she shall be cut, she shall be dead before she was killed, and part of a leading question shall be cut

B. On June 14, 2014, at the Daegu Jung-gu Police Station E-gu, Daegu, Daegu, Police Station: (a) the victim F, a slope belonging to the said district group, arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender in the crime of interference with business, and (b) the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by publicly fluoring the victim of the crime of interference with business, among the victims of the crime of interference with business (such as “D,” C, witness H, etc., with the victim of the crime of interference with business (hereinafter “D”).
