A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defluence;

가. 피해자 C에 대한 모욕 피고인은 2014. 7. 2. 18:55경 강릉시 강릉대로 377 (포남동)에 있는 강릉경찰서 정문에서 위 경찰서 소속 의무경찰인 피해자 C이 “술을 드셨으면 깨시고 들어오십시오.”라고 말하자, 행인들과 형사과 직원들이 있는 위 경찰서 정문 앞과 민원인 4명이 있는 위 경찰서 현관 앞에서 약 5분 동안 피해자에게 “전경 새끼가 뭘 아냐, 더 높은 놈 데리고 와라.“, ”개새끼, 씹새끼, 전경 씹 새끼야.“라고 큰소리로 욕설을 함으로써 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

나. 피해자 D에 대한 모욕 피고인은 2014. 7. 2. 19:20경 위 강릉경찰서 민원인 대기실에서 위 경찰서 소속 경사인 피해자 D이 피고인에게 약 20분에 걸쳐 커피를 타주고 상담을 해주었음에도 계속 소란을 피우다가 피해자가 “이제 그만 하시고 술에 취하였으면 돌아가시죠.”라고 말하자 민원인 4명이 보는 앞에서 피해자에게 “내가 술이 취하니 우습게 보여. 야 이 씹할 새끼야, 너 뭐하는 새끼야, 짭새 새끼야.”라고 큰소리로 욕설을 함으로써 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. On July 2, 2014, at the waiting room of the civil petitioner of the above police station, the Defendant: (a) prevented the Defendant along with the slope E belonging to the above police station; (b) laid down both arms; and (c) called the above police station C with a taxi to go to the above police station platform; (d) on the ground that the above police station entrance of the above police station was ppuri and again entered the above police station entrance, and again, the above E “Itttttttttttttttt door.” On July 20, 2014, the Defendant sent the entrance door door to the above E; and (c) “Itttttttttttttttt-wettt we see why it should not be added to the tax base of taxable calculation and assessment of 3,000 won.”; and (d) both hand, the Defendant raised the shape of the above E.
