A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2012, the Defendant received a ruling to transfer the case to the Juvenile Department through night building intrusion theft, etc. from the Gwangju District Court.

around 02:03 on April 11, 2015, the Defendant cut off cash of 265,000 won in the depository of the said coffee by entering into a coffee specialty store, which is called "D operated by Gwangju Northern-gu B and the injured Party C," and then cutting down the 265,000 won.

The defendant of "2015 Godan1464" brought a restaurant at night in order to raise living expenses while working as a social work personnel at the Incheon Northern-gu E community service center in Gwangju Northern-gu.

On January 10, 2015, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a restaurant with the victim G in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (b) intruded into the said restaurant and brought about KRW 50,000 in cash, which was the victim’s possession in the said restaurant; and (c) thereafter, the Defendant attempted to steal or steal the property by intrusion into the restaurant of the victims on seven occasions at the time until April 11, 2015, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant committed a theft or attempted to steal the victims’ property by intrusioning upon a structure at night at night over seven times.

On April 13, 2015, the Defendant, around 11:23, 2015, opened the first entrance door of the victim J's vehicle parking on the front side of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and discovered and stolen a bank of approximately KRW 300,00 won of the market price owned by the victim on the seat, and then stolen it. From that time to 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant stolen the victims' property worth KRW 519,000 in total on four occasions, as shown in the list of crimes (2).
