1. Special larceny and attempted special larceny;

A. On July 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 02:23 on July 8, 2019, 70 million won in cash in the Kitter’s depository located in the place where the corrective device was destroyed by putting the corrective device up in hand at the entrance that was corrected in Seongbuk-gu B and the “D” operated by the victim C; and (b) infringed upon the corrective device, thereby resulting in theft.
