When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2014, at around 06:10, the Defendant driven a 254th century from the front of the shooting distance of the Korea Institute of Land Research to the front of the 235th KNH, as he/she was under the influence of alcohol by 0.15% of blood alcohol concentration, to the front day of the 235 KNH, as he/she was under the influence of alcohol.
