A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a B K5

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said K5 vehicle in a state where it is difficult to drive the vehicle normally due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the said victim C and E (the said victim E (the age of 23) by driving the said K5 vehicle, such as salt, tension, etc. of the bones of wood, which requires medical treatment for about three weeks.
2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) starting from the date and time stipulated in the above paragraph (1) above and going to the front of the Gu F building in Ansan-si to the front of the Guang-si Ambassador-dong Ambassador-dong, and continuing to go to the front of the Guang-dong Ambassador-dong Ambassador-dong.
