Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2015, at around 00:15, the Defendant driven a B-hurd motor vehicle with the influence of alcohol level of 0.077% at the 0.077%, while he was under the influence of alcohol, on the road near the Pyeongtaek-gu in Manyang-gu, Manyang-si, as a citizen of the Republic of Korea.
