1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Details of the disposition

The Plaintiff filed a report on his/her former career as a public official and construction engineer, from May 20, 1978 to October 2, 2015, was a public official in charge of construction or facility-related affairs in the construction department, culture and arts division, etc. from March 10, 201 to January 20, 2015. As a local facility officer from March 10, 201, to January 20, 2015, he/she retired from the construction division of the Urban Railroad Construction Headquarters Construction Division B from January 21, 2015 to July 20, 2015, from construction division of the Urban Railroad Construction Headquarters Construction Division B from July 21, 2015 to construction division of the Urban Railroad Construction Headquarters Construction Division B from July 21, 2015 to October 1, 2015.

In around 2015, the Plaintiff issued a career certificate under the Enforcement Rule of the Construction Technology Promotion Act (attached Form 12) from the B market, and reported the construction engineer’s career to the C Association on June 26, 2015.

In 2017, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Government Government Office for Government Policy Coordination conducted a joint investigation and the Government Government Office for Government Policy Coordination conducted a complete inspection of the certificates of career experience of 17 local governments and 5,275 public enterprise retired from 9 public enterprises (hereinafter “the joint investigation of this case”).

B On November 20, 2017, the City Office of Audit and Inspection sent to the Plaintiff a letter of “request for verification related to the inspection of construction engineer career report data” and demanded the Plaintiff to vindicate the following matters pointed out as a result of the instant joint investigation by November 23, 2017:
