Criminal facts

1. On January 2010, the Defendant found one wallet, which includes a victim C’s driver’s license, in the field of H apartment construction near G in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

The Defendant, as seen above, did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the above wallets to the victim, and embezzled the victim’s idea.

2. A thief: (a) around 16:20 on July 30, 2013, the Defendant: (b) accessed a container office at the construction site of Songpa-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City I Housing Site Development Project to sell construction materials; and (c) stolen another’s property more than five times in total, such as the statement in the list of crimes, from around 201 to the above date, by taking advantage of the crepans in which the victim JJ was placed in his/her clothes, including one half of the cash, the victim’s possession of the victim’s cash, KRW 181,00, modern, new, and Samsung Credit Card.

3. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On July 23, 2013, around 16:50, the Defendant purchased an amount equivalent to 33,950 won of tobacco and drinking water, etc. from “Mart” in the “Mart” operated by the victim in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph (2) of the crime chart 2, proposed to the victim as if he was his card, and led the female to prepare a physical card sales slip and to use a stolen debit card under the name of the above E, by deceiving him to settle the value of 33,950 won of the goods by signing and signing the card, and then, received the same amount of the above tobacco from his female, and used the stolen debit card under the name of the above E.

B. On July 30, 2013, around 17:27, the Defendant purchased the “P” high term portion of five (60,000 won) and two (16,000 won (16,000 won) from the Defendant’s house in Songpa-gu Seoul N, and the Defendant purchased the said J’s credit card as indicated in paragraph (2) of the Crimes List 2, to Q, an employee of the victim, as if the credit card completion was his/her own card.
