The Plaintiffs are companies that concluded a lease agreement with respect to aggregate extraction equipment to be used in the aggregate extraction site of the elderly group and the elderly group, as seen below. (2) Defendant G, H, I, J, and K are the police assigned to the elderly group, and Defendant L, M, and N are the indefinite contract workers belonging to the elderly group.

B. Conclusion of a contract to lease aggregate extraction equipment (hereinafter “instant contract”) 1) Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”), and other Plaintiffs are also stated in the same manner.

The elderly group and the first group of the elderly group (hereinafter “P zone”) from November 1, 2006 to November 30, 2010.

(2) In the aggregate extraction site of the Plaintiff’s river, the Plaintiff extracted aggregate from a dredging line equipment to a customer’s dump truck, and entered into a contract to receive KRW 5,130 per aggregate 5,00,000 from an elderly group for the said service. The Plaintiff entered into a contract to obtain permission from an elderly group on November 1, 2006 and to obtain KRW 649,990,000,000, out of the contracted quantities, the aggregate extraction was 49,981,00 cubic meters out of the contracted quantities with permission from an elderly group on July 14, 2008; the aggregate extraction was 372,245,000,000,0000 from an elderly group on November 10, 2008; the Plaintiff’s aggregate extraction was 10,000,0000,000 from an elderly group on December 16, 2012 to an elderly group on the aggregate extraction (hereinafter “the aggregate extraction”).

B Of the volume contracted (T District) after obtaining permission on November 10, 2008 350,000 cubic meters from November 10, 2008, the aggregate of 349,945 cubic meters from among the volume contracted, and the aggregate of 49,945 cubic meters from January 2, 2006 which was contracted upon obtaining permission (R District) from 50,000 cubic meters from the volume contracted.
