Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. From around 2014, the Plaintiff served as a broker assistant at the D Real Estate Agent Office in Busan-gun C (representative E (former name: F); hereinafter “instant brokerage office”).
B. On July 25, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) around July 25, 2015, three lots of land (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on three lots of land (hereinafter “instant real estate”) with the size of H orchard 4,845 square meters; (b) 896 square meters in Busan-gun, Busan-gun; (c) 3,868 square meters in J forests and fields; and (d) total area of 9,609 square meters in size (2,912 square meters).
(2) The Plaintiff, upon receiving a request for the sale brokerage as to the Plaintiff, was entrusted with the sale brokerage as to the Plaintiff. Each introduction to L and M (N) respectively, and the Defendant recommended the joint purchase of the instant real estate by dividing it, and the Defendant again introduced it to L and N (N) known it to the general public.
