1. The Plaintiffs’ obligation under a loan agreement between the Defendant and the New Saemaul Savings Depository on March 19, 2012.
Reasons
Under the basic fact-finding process, the collective purchaser status of the parties, the plaintiffs, the defendant, and the D four persons shall jointly purchase one/2 of the 1,600,00,000,000 square meters of land in Ulsan District Court E Real Estate in Ulsan District Court (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”) and jointly complete the registration of ownership transfer as to the above real estate on March 19, 2012, inasmuch as the “Ulsan-gun G” is the same administrative district repeated, and thus, is omitted.
On March 19, 2012, the Defendant borrowed KRW 1,050,000 from the New Saemaul Bank on March 19, 2012 (hereinafter “instant loan obligations”), and the Plaintiffs and D jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations.
