[Defendant A, B, C, D, I, and M] Defendant A, and Defendant B and C, respectively, shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months, Defendant D, I, and M.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
A person, other than an entrusted business entity, who is the Seoul Olympic Games Foundation or the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity, shall not issue (including the issuance through an information and communications network) sports promotion voting rights or others similar thereto and shall not provide property or property benefits to persons who win the results, and no person shall open a space for gambling for profit.

As a result, the Defendants, in collusion with R et al., committed an act of providing property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the outcome by issuing things similar to the right to vote for sports promotion, and at the same time opened a space for gambling for profit.
