A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

3,027,220 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul High Court on July 27, 2016, and the execution of the sentence was completed at the Gesung Vocational Training Prison on January 10, 2017.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 1314" is not a person handling narcotics, and thus shall not sell, sell or administer a psychotropic drug camba (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as "philopon").

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. The Defendant purchased 700,000 won in the 22:00 to 24:00 on the mid-to-24:00 on the day after the end of December, 2017, to C (60 years of age) that he/she became aware of through the earth’s seat at the Masan-si B hotel parking lot in Changnam-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and purchased phiphonephones by receiving approximately two grams of phiphones.

B. On March 3, 2018, the Defendant purchased phiphonephones with approximately KRW 900,000 and KRW 3g of philophones at the new wall located in Daegu-gu Granddong.

2. Sale of philophones;

A. The Defendant received KRW 90,000 after receiving a request from D to sell phiphones, and then sent approximately KRW 1.4g of 1.4g of phiphones purchased from C from a bus terminal in the middle to the lower end of March 2018, to two bus terminals for one-time use, such as the above paragraph (1), and then sold phiphones by allowing D to search for the phiphones from the F located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu.

B. On April 1, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 1,200,00 upon D’s request for the sale of phiphones, and then sent approximately KRW 2.8g of philophones purchased from C from G located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul, about April 1, 2018 to 4 of philophones purchased from C, such as the foregoing paragraph (1). The Defendant sent the same month.

2. From around 08:00 to 09:00, at F located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, sold phiphones by allowing D to search for the hand-on cargo.
