A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

No defendant may possess, use, transport, administer, sell, deliver, receive, or deliver a psychotropic drug Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopics (hereinafter “Mescopic Mescopic Mescopics”).

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On April 2012, the Defendant conspired with C to purchase and sell phiphonephones, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 2g of phiphones from E on the street side of the Gui-si Doro at KRW 1:00,00,000, on the first half of April 2012.

B. On April 20, 2012, the Defendant, along with C, remitted KRW 3 million to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of F used by E, and purchased phiphones by means of receiving approximately 5g of handphones sent by E from H in Chuncheon City around April 20, 2012.

C. On June 5, 2012, the Defendant, along with C, remitted KRW 3 million to the said account used by E, and purchased phiphones by means of receiving approximately 5 g of the phiphones sent from H located in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si, around 12:30 on June 5, 2012.

On August 17, 2012, the Defendant, along with C, remitted KRW 3 million to the said account used by E, and purchased phiphones by means of receiving approximately 5 g of the phiphones sent by E from H located in Chuncheon-si G on August 17, 2012.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On January 23, 2013, at around 16:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them with water to the Defendant’s arms.

B. At around 15:00 on January 29, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g philophones in the aforementioned manner.

3. At around 16:30 on January 29, 2013, the Defendant possession of phiphones: (a) keep one disposable injection device containing approximately 0.38 g of phiphones from 604 ponononon on the Defendant’s home page; and (b) contain one plastic paper containing approximately 9.53g of philophones, and a disposable injection containing approximately 0.8g of philophones.
