Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On January 26, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daejeon District Court on the grounds of the violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on May 2, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for imprisonment with labor for the same crime.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 08:05 on March 15, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driven B rocketing car with the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.114% without obtaining a driver’s license at the section of about 20km from the road in front of the mutual influorous drinking house in the new Sinju City to the road in front of the sand bridge in the same city at the same time.
